Employee Spotlight: Adriana Beckner

We're pleased to spotlight Adriana Beckner, our Managing Director of the Florida Division at Whitco. Adriana joined us in October 2022 and has quickly become a valued member of our team.

With 25 years of experience in the construction industry, including nearly a decade in commercial roofing, Adriana brings a wealth of knowledge to her role. Her background as a Project Coordinator and Project Manager has been instrumental in her success at Whitco. Adriana is known for her professionalism, positive attitude, and strong customer service skills.

During her time here, Adriana has successfully managed a variety of new construction and re-roof projects, including the recent Hyundai MOBIS project in Savannah, GA.

Her dedication to keeping clients happy and her willingness to go the extra mile led to her promotion to Managing Director of the Florida Division in February 2024. Adriana is focused on building a skilled team and developing successful client partnerships throughout Florida.

In addition to her impressive professional achievements, Adriana is an active member of the National Women in Roofing (NWIR), further demonstrating her commitment to advancing women in the industry.

Outside of work, Adriana enjoys traveling and spending time with her family, including her 19-year-old son and her husband of 26 years. She has a deep appreciation for the arts and enjoys dance, music, and theater. Adriana has been involved with The Henry Players, a nonprofit organization, for 13 years, serving 11 of those years as Board President. During her tenure, she applied her construction expertise to oversee the renovation and buildout of their current facility in McDonough, GA.
