Employee Spotlight - Nick Falco

This week, we're shining the spotlight on Nick Falco . Nick's journey began at Fresno City College and Fresno Pacific University, where he played on the baseball team at both schools. His career at SafeLease kicked off in July of 2022 as a BDR and progressed to his current role as an Account Manager. 

What do you like most about your role at SafeLease?

My favorite thing about my role at SafeLease is the people that I get to work with day in and day out. We have a great team here at SafeLease that always pushes each other to improve and be the best we can. I am also incredibly lucky that I get to work with our partners on a daily basis, and I can constantly see the impact that SafeLease has on their businesses.

How have you grown professionally since being here?

I have learned a ton since starting at SafeLease. I was very fortunate to have landed here when I did. There have been many people here that I have been able to learn from to improve my skills.

What have been some of the most important lessons you’ve learned throughout your career?

One of the most important lessons that I have learned is to focus on the present and be in the moment. It's easy to worry about what could happen or where you want to be someday, but the only thing you can control is what you do in the spot you're currently in. As my dad said to me growing up, "control the controllables".

Do you have a tried-and-true method for structuring your day?

I like to have a solid structure every day, but one of the benefits of working here is that no two days are the exact same. My main focus is catering to all of our partners in a timely and helpful fashion.

If you could only eat one food for the rest of your life, what would it be?

Steak for sure. It's by far my favorite food.
