How long have you worked for DTS?

I started working for DTS in August of 2017, almost 7 years.

What's your job title? And what do you do?

NDE Level II Technician

I perform mostly CRT on numerous projects with the occasional MT/PT/VT inspections or UTT survey. 

What’s your favorite thing about working for DTS?

We are only human. And our teamwork mentality makes projects a lot easier to manage when a curveball is thrown our way. I greatly appreciate our team effort mentality. 

Any accomplishments you'd like to highlight?

Our safety team is a project I enjoy taking part in. It really helps to open my eyes to industry hazards and help identify where complacency has allowed a simple safety measure to be disregarded that could be lifesaving. 

What advice would you give to someone who wants to do this job in the future?

Be resilient and be patient. This job can genuinely be a lot of fun. The grind pays off. Keep at it. 

When you're not working, what do you enjoy doing?

My number 1 favorite past time is simply spending time with my precious family. My lovely wife; 1 son and 2 daughters and our wonderful dog are the world to me. Aside from just spending time with the fam and taking care of our home. I enjoy golf and dungeons & dragons.
