Equipping Danoners to Lead the Future: Danone India-South East Asia Campus For All 2021

Every employee is given an opportunity to learn and develop themselves at Danone!

Our ambition is to provide diverse and varied learning opportunities to all employees, regardless of their job positions and levels in the company. Annually, we organize a special event called “Campus for All” where we dedicate a week or a month for learning. During Campus for All, special learning programs are arranged and each Danoner would attend at least one training session for his/her development. This is on top of the learning opportunities that are available to Danoners throughout the year.

This year, Danone India-South East Asia (ISEA) has dedicated the month of June as the Campus for All month with “Leading the Future” as the theme of the event. We live in a world that is volatile, uncertain, complex, and ambiguous (VUCA) and it has become even more important for us to continue to develop our skills and capabilities to lead the future.

The event was launched jointly by Thibaut Helleputte (Vice President, ISEA), Normalis Mohd Sharif (HR Director Integrator, ISEA) and our Country Managers. This is the 1st ever VIRTUAL Campus for All event in our region which was attended by over 1,100 Danoners from Thailand, Malaysia, Singapore, Cambodia, Myanmar, Vietnam and India.

Campus for All aims to provide opportunities for employees to develop their professional and leadership skills as well as to network with other employees from different functions or countries across the region. To facilitate this purpose, special, open-to-all workshops were conducted weekly featuring our country leaders who shared their tips and advice based on their personal journeys as well as external speakers who provided a different perspective on having the right attitude and mindset to thrive in this VUCA world.

During the Campus for All month, employees were also assigned to attend training programs based on their development areas. These training programs were conducted by professional trainers as well as Danone managers who are trained and empowered on various leadership, transversal and functional topics. In addition to these, Danoners also have access to our on-demand learning platform where they can learn about any topics, anytime, anywhere. This platform is available to them all year round!
