Crowd's Head of Innovation Sophie Robson looks at the way artificial intelligence is being integrated into the fitness industry, through apps and wearables, to offer users with a more personalised, effective, and engaging fitness experience, from personalised workout plans to diet planning, virtual workout assistants, smart fitness clothing and more.
