Expanding Our Leadership

Younique is excited to announce a pivotal leadership transition in our marketing and sales operations. As part of this strategic shift, Younique warmly welcomes Monica Wihongi as our new Chief Sales and Marketing Officer. With over 18 years of leadership experience in the direct sales industry and her recent success as president of another Direct Sales Company, Monica is an ideal fit for this role. We are confident that her dynamic experience will bring innovative strategies and fresh energy to our company as she oversees marketing, product development, and sales strategies. Her expertise and leadership style are aligned perfectly with Younique's core values to uplift, empower, and validate women around the world.  

Simultaneously, Tori Poulter , Global Chief Sales Officer, will be transitioning to supporting Derek Maxfield , our founder and CEO, as a key business development partner in his new project that will further the long-term vision of Younique and enhance our commitment to Saprea and its mission to eradicate child sexual abuse. We are grateful to Tori for the key role she has played in Younique over the years, and we look forward to seeing the impactful outcomes of her collaboration with Derek. Tori's dedication to Younique and her belief in the new direction under Younique President Brian Holman 's leadership highlight the positive changes anticipated across the company. 

Further strengthening our leadership team, we proudly announce Kristin Niesmann promotion to Global Sales Officer, effective immediately. With her impressive experience as a leader in the Direct Selling industry and her success running Younique’s international markets for the past decade, Kristin is perfectly poised to address the needs of our Brand Ambassadors and Brand Affiliates worldwide. She will ensure that all home-office decisions are made with a global mindset, and her leadership is expected to drive significant growth and provide enhanced support to our global field sales teams.  

Both Kristin and Monica bring a wealth of experience and a fresh perspective to their roles. Their appointments underscore Younique's focus on nurturing a dynamic business environment where every Brand Ambassador and Brand Affiliate can thrive.
