Exploring different career paths in the E-Sport gaming industry
What is quite astonishing in the E- Sports environment is that Gamers, Commenters and You Tubers have more followers than movie stars and musicians? When there are major league tournaments being played the stadium is filled with 82000 people and 147 million viewers online.
I was astounded to find that there are 700 million people playing on line games of which 46% are women and 54% are men. What I found very interesting within the E- Sports environment is that there is no discrimination on race, gender or how much money you have got in the bank, it’s all got to do with your skills of the game.
When most people imagine careers in the E-Sport industry, they immediately think of developers, as the E-sport industry grows more popular, more jobs are opening up in the different sectors. In the E-Sport career environment there are so many opportunities to follow within your career paths, passion and dreams.
