Family is important, so Microsoft introduces the Enhanced Family Leave policy to give you more time with them

I feel so proud to work for a company who constantly re-evaluate the needs of it’s employees. They get the best out of me, as they offer me the flexibility and support to do a job which I absolutely love and be a mum to my wonderful daughters.

We have recently enhanced our family benefits and now in the UK we have a new ‘time away’ benefit of 4 weeks paid leave at 100% of salary to take care of an immediate family member with a serious health condition and have increased our parental leave benefits to ensure that both mothers and fathers have time to bond with a new child, whether through birth or adoption. Paternity leave, for all new parents other than birth mothers (including same sex couples), increases to 6 weeks paid at 100% of salary whether you’re becoming a parent for the first time or simply adding to your family.
