Project #1: Maine International Cold Storage Facility in Portland, Maine.
The FCL Builders Cold Storage Team is currently working on a 107,000 sq. ft. freezer cooler building on a 6.3-acre site in the Port of Portland located in Portland, ME. This building will include 85,845 sq. ft. of freezer space with a 48 ft. clear height and 14,487 sq. ft. of refrigerated cold dock space with a clear height of 17 ft.
Project #2: Cold Summit Chicago in Bedford Park, Illinois.
This state-of-the-art cold storage facility in the near suburbs of Chicago boasts two 100,000 sq. ft. suites and 45 ft. clear height with fully convertible refrigeration zones capable of -20 to 55 degrees Fahrenheit.
