Q: What Boards does your Region support?
A:

Q: Why did you enter public service?
A: I entered public service to fulfill my desire to serve others and to give back in some capacity. While in college I completed an internship with the Veterans Health Administration, which further validated my career decision to become a public servant.
Q: What is unique about the FEB Mission that resonates with you?
A: Fostering interagency collaboration and connections with local communities resonates because the Federal Executive Boards are uniquely positioned to create and cultivate an environment that furthers our efforts in providing efficient services to the American people.
Q: What is one current priority/initiative your regional FEB(s) are working on that supports their member agencies?
A: The FEB southern region is working to promote the federal occupations to early careerists, which will create a pipeline of talent to support succession management. This initiative is important given the percentage of federal employees that are eligible for retirement.
Q: Why should agency leaders participate/engage with the FEB?
A: Agency leaders can benefit from engagement with the FEB by collaborating with other leaders on key intra-agency initiatives to promote effectiveness and efficiency in government. The FEB platform serves as a catalyst for information sharing and the exchange of ideas.
