💡 Research Byte

According to our research findings in The Future of Workforce 2023 report, more than 50% of respondents (across diverse age groups) prefer a great team environment.

So, how can leaders and organizational members foster a great time environment? By embracing a mindset and eliciting behaviors that are humanistic-encouraging.

What is humanistic-encouraging? It is one of the constructive organizational culture norms (developed by Human Synergistics International). On the people versus task continuum and security versus higher-order satisfaction needs continuum, humanistic-encouraging is high on people and higher-order satisfaction needs.

Humanistic-encouraging is highly relationship-oriented. It is a mindset that places a high value on mutual respect, supporting and helping others grow, being trustworthy, and nurturing connections and relationships.
