The Food Lounge has finally made the impact with visitors to the Orestad Region(in Copenhagen) after years of having a terrible reputation with their food and beverage offer. With hard work, perseverance, understanding the customers needs, preferences and taking into account trends in the market place and the 'Danish way' of doing things, the tenants many new and many existing adapted their offers to meet the demands and be seen as a compliment to the Cinema and the new Arena that has opened recently in the region as a full entertainment destination. As the consultant involved in developing the strategy for the project I can say that it took time since the redevelopment to educate existing customers and attract new customers to this new and exciting destination; in order words 'patience and optimism' were required. Now that you have a firm customer base Fields, let's hold on to them, prioritise the relationships, adapt to their needs and never, ever forget that 'Customer is King'! 7yTack Dominika. Det tog tid att attrahera nya och gamla besökare, men med mycket leisure i området, alltså bion, en ny entertainment centre folk kan se att det är värt att använde Food Loungen innan eller efter så det bli en totalt upplevelse.
