FintechOS: Key new hires to carve a new category in financial technology
Each year, we have been going from strength to strength as the world adapts to a transformational digital shift in technology.
Since our recent funding, one of our key objectives has been to grow the team globally. We are proud to share that we have exponentially expanded our team across regions - with a 50% increase in headcount.
We have also recently onboarded four senior executives with a plan to carve out a new category in financial technology.
Mike Fullalove has been named SVP, Strategy and Business Development. He has broad experience across fintech, technology, banking, insurance, asset management and wealth management. His work has included building platforms as well as starting and growing businesses within large financial services companies, including partnering with fintechs and scaling-up smaller companies.
Mike has held senior roles at UBS, Barclays, Merrill Lynch and Goldman Sachs.
“My career has been dedicated to using innovation to create a better outcome for the customer,” he said. “I’m excited about introducing the FintechOS platform to new clients and helping them build forward-thinking new customer-centric products, services and experiences.”
Heading up the FintechOS US expansion is Steve Rooney, SVP of North American Sales. Steve is a sales leader with over 25 years of a notable track record propelling growth at various stages of the company trajectory. He has held global sales leadership positions at a number of prominent technology providers to the financial industry, including Personetics, Actimize/NICE, SunGard and SS&C Technologies.
Steve said: “The US financial services sector is racing to digitize right now. FintechOS can help banks, insurers, fintechs and credit unions meet the demands of modern digital customers. There is a big opportunity in the US and I'm looking forward to driving FintechOS into a new market.”
Sherif Aziz has also been named Sales Director MEA and will spearhead FintechOS’ ambitious growth plans across the Middle East and Africa using his extensive knowledge of emerging markets.
Sherif started his career at Microsoft, where he spent more than five years in roles ranging from sales to business development and partnerships. He has extensive experience in the fintech and startup spaces, having worked in sales and partnership roles with market leaders such as Backbase, Kony and Mambu. Sherif also co-organized RiseUp, the largest entrepreneurship summit in the MENA region

Matt Brook is now SVP Customer Success at FintechOS. An experienced business leader specializing in consulting, technology and customer success, Matt has worked at Appian for the last ten years. With a wealth of experience, Matt will lead and develop Professional Services, Customer Success Managers and Technical Support teams at FintechOS.
