FONZ NAMED FINALIST IN TWO CATEGORIES OF TELSTRA BEST OF BUSINESS AWARDS.

FONZ has been recognized as a finalist in the NSW Telstra Best of Business Awards in two categories.

The first is the Outstanding Growth category and the second is Sustainability category.

After moving into the custom built carbon neutral micro-factory, our business grew by 110%, our production has increased five times its capacity and we are being acknowledged as perfectly poised to deliver on the growing need for cost effective and congestion-reducing zero-emissions vehicles.

There were more than 20,000 nominations into the Telstra Best of Business Awards, with onlyb246 businesses shortlisted across the country’s state and territory Award competitions.

Our FONZ CEO and Founder, Michelle Nazzari , is incredibly humbled to have been shortlisted in an Awards program she has long held significant admiration for. “Telstra Awards are famous for putting businesses on the map. Businesses that have been toiling away doing the hard yards and who have really perfected their craft. We’re honored, FONZ can now say we’re named amongst the company of an impressive shortlist of Australian Businesses. The process to get here certainly involved rigorous reflection on our business and we’ve taken away an enormous amount of learning and insight from just going through the entry process. It was obvious for us to enter into the Sustainability category, given our whole business is centered around this principle, but also exciting to be shortlisted in the Outstanding Growth category.”

While others in our sector are in early development of their products or looking offshore to source vehicles, we’re proud to see our years of R&D have paid off and more people are going electric with FONZ.

Australia is ready to accept the evolution to electrics; two-wheel electrics are an important part of the conversation around transport electrification and a lot our purchasers are getting rid of second family vehicles, getting their motorbike license and embracing a new lifestyle that provides adventure – as well as a very cost effective, clean and fun way to get to work.

Electric forms of transportation are taking over. It certainly feels like our hour is now!
