27 April 2016.  Paris France & Bethesda Maryland.  Transatlantic drug development startup GMP-Orphan SA has closed the expanded financing syndicate.   12.5M euro ($14.2M) round and finalized the GMPO, Inc USA incorporation.  Multi-national phase III clinical studies are underway.
