At AheadX, we've embarked on a mission to redefine hiring for Americas next tech giants. With a combined experience of decades in recruitment, my partner Rodrigo Gaião and I have encountered firsthand the challenges and pitfalls of hiring processes. We believe that many of these challenges stem from fundamental communication issues or lack of time investment in hiring.
