This year's summer weather hasn't delivered but Fudgelearn certainly has! We are pleased to share our monthly LinkedIn Newsletter with you!


MILTON KEYNES MEETING

On 12th July, the Fudge Team joined for a half-year meeting, in Milton Keynes - home to over 120 roundabouts!

We were excited to all be together again, as we are a work from home team!

After our meeting, we headed to "Cross Keys" - a thatched pub where we enjoyed delicious food!

We are readily waiting for our next team meeting!


OUR VALUES 

At Fudge Learn, Our Values are something that we constantly work alongside. 

When asked which Value we believe to be the most important, we couldn't decide on just one. Each Value is individually important, but they overlap, relate and are stronger when combined - you cannot have one without the other.  

SIMPLICITY 

"Clear communication is everything in training". 

We work with the right people along the way to understand your training needs and how best to tailor the training delivery for accelerated end-user adoption. We produce a range of assets to compliment how people learn best such as videos, walkthroughs, Quick Reference Guides (QRG) whilst also including the language your business is familiar with. 

 

HONESTY 

"The integrity to do what is right and be open and transparent in our actions". 

Every client that we work with is unique - each project is different, which requires individual Training Need Analysis (TNA) and training materials that is aligned to the best practice of user-adoption for your system and process. 

When we begin this process, we communicate with key stakeholders and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) in each team/organisation to ensure the benefits of the tailored training - which is best suited to user's needs (self-service for infrequent users, classroom-based training for professional users).

Because of this, Honesty and Simplicity work hand in hand - with good communication, integrity, and bringing our knowledge we can create a training plan that is perfectly aligned to your training needs.  

This brings us to our next Value, Innovation... 


INNOVATION 

"We’re always looking for new opportunities, as we strive to be better tomorrow than we are today". 

We are always finding ways to continually improve - this enhances client's experiences and motivates us to further streamline our processes, optimise our resources, and create value for a better end solution. 

Innovation overlaps with Honesty to ensure the best possible service so that your project runs as smooth as possible.  

 

COLLABORATION 

"We work in partnership with our customers, sharing our expertise and experience to create the best possible mutual outcome". 

Combining Collaboration with Innovation is a great recipe for training and learning! We work together to understand where improvements can be made, increase productivity, improve competency, and confidence to generate a ROI. 

 

EMPOWERMENT 

"We empower people to take responsibility to make a difference. Empowerment however is also important as we want to leave end-users feeling confident in their new skills long after training has finished". 

Trained users have increased confidence and competence, which leads to innovation, greater productivity and happiness! Post-training our clients tell us that users have a greater understanding of the system, their job role and their contribution to the organisation's day-to-day business.

These Values are in important to us and how we work internally, therefore we replicate these values when working with clients externally.
