  • 📱 Pinterest recently shared a report on Gen Z user trends on their platform. The data revealed that Pinterest is quickly becoming a Gen Z-dominated app, with over 200 million users belonging to that generation. With that in mind, Pinterest gave three tips on how to connect with Gen Z users: make your product shoppable, stay ahead of trends and connect with culture however possible.
  • 🎓 At Benedictine College, Kansas City Chiefs kicker Harrison Butker (also known as Taylor’s boyfriend’s colleague) gave a commencement speech that stirred up controversy. In the speech, Butker criticized the pro-abortion and LGBTQ+ movements, and made claims that most graduating women were most excited about marriage instead of their future careers. The speech has generated large amounts of negative press surrounding Butker, with the NFL issuing a statement that distanced the league from his views.

  • 🇬🇧 Across the pond, King Charles III has his first portrait revealed last week, and it came with some controversy. Many immediately pointed out that the King was wearing a red uniform in front of a red background, with only his head differing in color. Many online have said that the overwhelming amount of red looks like blood.
