What was your first goal when you joined the company as Vice President of Global Product and Program Management?

I aimed to help build and create a fast, technology-driven, true automotive company.

What qualities have played an essential role throughout your career?

Communication skills, ability to see concepts in operation and execution, and persistence.

What has been your biggest learning since becoming a leader and Vice President of Global Product and Program Management?

It takes time for a large team to understand the same message. Everybody hears things differently, learns and adapts at different speeds, and runs their own interpretations. Repetitions are key, the amount of times you repeat something is often underestimated.

How do you foster a collaborative environment within your team, and how do you keep it motivated daily?

Be demanding, honest, fair, and appreciative.

What do you think is the biggest strength of ENNOVI right now?

The willingness of people to learn. We don’t have egos, nor are we people who try to defend their territory.

What core values do you prioritize in your decision-making process?

Keep it simple and go step by step. This helps to keep everybody engaged and stay on pace.

What makes ENNOVI successful in your opinion?

A good leadership team, people who are willing to learn and grow, and great shareholder support.

What is the best career advice you would give?

Find out what you enjoy doing and do that. You will be good at it!
