Hello! As we hurtle towards Christmas, this week has been a mix of big celebrations, exciting wins, and a touch of the seasonal lurgy, because it wouldn’t be December without it, would it?).

🎉 The Week That Was:

I had the privilege of running a resilience training session for one the incredible Royal comms teams where I was about to share insights into how building your resilience can have a ripple effect. I hope they'll embrace the strategies we talked about to support their well-being and productivity.

On a personal note, my husband and I celebrated 18 years of marriage, and just like my business, it’s been a journey filled with love, laughs, and learning, and I’m feeling very grateful for all we have and have built together.
