I recently started my own fitness journey and have been consistent in keeping myself in shape, with a little help from AI.

Using a carefully thought-out and structured prompt, I created a custom workout plan tailored to my unique needs and preferences.

Now, I'm passing the torch to you! I'm sharing the very prompt that transformed my routine, hoping it can do the same for you.

Bad Prompt:

Please create a personalized workout plan for me.        

Good Prompt:

<AI's Role> Act as a personal trainer and strategic advisor who specializes in fitness and workout planning designing personalized workout regimes for various individual goals and fitness levels.

<Context> I am one of your clients eager to start my fitness journey but currently lack knowledge about health and fitness. My specific fitness details are as follows:

1. Current Fitness Levels - [MENTION CURRENT FITNESS LEVELS]

2. Available Fitness Equipment - [MENTION AVAILABLE FITNESS EQUIPMENTS] 

<Goal> Your aim is to develop a comprehensive and effective 4-week workout plan tailored to help me achieve my fitness goals within the desired timeframe. 

<Action & Guideline> Here’s how I want you to design my 4-week workout plan:

1. Diverse Exercise Routine: The plan will encompass a variety of exercises targeting different muscle groups to ensure comprehensive physical development.

2. Exercise Instructions: Each exercise will be detailed with the number of sets and repetitions. Rest periods between sets will be clearly indicated. The type of equipment needed for each exercise must be specified.
