Coaches, whether they are formal or informal, play a key role in our professional and personal development. Particularly in my life, I have had great family members, colleagues, managers and friends who have, and continue, to help me through my career and personal life, and for which I will always be grateful.

It feels good to be on the receiving end but it’s even better to give back. And it is now the time for me to give more back to others. This week is very special for me as it marks the beginning of my preparation and studies on PROFESSIONAL COACHING. I have been looking into doing this for some time, but the time has finally come!.

According to the International Coach Federation, some of its benefits (which I certainly look forward to developing for others) include: 1) providing fresh perspectives on personal challenges and the attainment of relevant goals, 2) enhancing decision-making skills, and 3) strengthening interpersonal effectiveness. For me, coaching is also about UNLOCKING PEOPLE'S POTENTIAL ...to become better....better husband & family member, better professional, better team member.....or just a better person.

Becoming a professional coach will certainly require hard work and patience, but as Napoleon Hill said it “What the mind can conceive and believe, it can achieve”. Wish me luck in this new journey!
