Approximately 400 water and wastewater systems have filed in the nationwide multidistrict litigation (MDL) that addresses PFAS contamination, and our newest PR client, SL Environmental Law Group, is representing many of the plaintiffs. In an interview with Treatment Plant Operator  SL partner Ken Sansone explained the status of the lawsuit and its potential impact on the industry. Since then, 3M, Dupont and related companies have announced settlements for the drinking water industry that total up to $13.685 billion. If approved by the court, it will be the largest water contamination settlement  in US history and a critical step toward ensuring nationwide access to safe drinking water.

Get noticed! Marketing doesn't have to be boring

MentorAPM came to us to help them generate brand awareness for their asset performance management software. The challenge? Utilize existing messaging. With a subtle change from a passive to an action-oriented message and some truly kick-ass creative, we developed a campaign using ACE23 as a backdrop. The campaign kicked off with targeted social media posts featuring engaging visuals and compelling copy that sparked curiosity and encouraged users to learn more. Simultaneously, we delivered personalized messages to attendees' inboxes, directing them to a dedicated landing page where they could sign up for a demo at the MentorAPM booth during the expo...converting interest into action.
