Just FYI, this site has more than just Panda it is TOXIC for with Links along with User Generated Content that has not been Moderated very well along with other things found that could be a RED flag to a BOT.

One of the websites I have been watching from both #USA along with it's main Traffic from #SPAIN as you can see within the Image below from one of my favorite tool SEMrush allowing me to track many Countries helping identify a#GoogleFLUX in many areas of the world.

If So that would be strange based on even the other Penalties they already have facing them.
