I didn’t think I would be in the office on a Friday evening working through our 12-month plan, but here I am full of hope and focus, thinking about how we can enhance relationships for the many client sectors, client base and candidate pools

Let’s face it: 2024 was tough for many industries, including ours. But through challenges came opportunities. At Tri Talent, we embraced niche strategies, innovative solutions, and fresh ideas—and they made a difference.

▪️ One-page CVs—easy to read, short and sweet and effective for the candidate as well as the client.

 ▪️ Subscription-based fees—these are complementary-based relationships that cater to our clients’ objectives.

 ▪️ A no-overpromise policy: We engage, consult, and provide services with integrity.

When the working week picks up again on Monday, LinkedIn will be alive with the sights and sounds of people’s 2025 goals and excitement, but here at Tri Talent, we are looking to forward taking the next step and develop a further course of action based on merits, experience and trust.

Then what is the message for 2025?
