⚽️ We Hosted Our Own Euros and NEARLY Smashed a Laptop
Reaching the final of the UEFA Euros 2024 ain't too shabby for the England football team!!
We took our sweepstake to the next level and hosted our own TNP Euros at our HQ in Arena Offices Southampton, with a nail-biting tournament of keepie-uppies, penalties, and only one yellow card for an aggy goalie (ahem Matthew Thick ). 📒

🌍 ARE YOU READY, WILTSHIRE AND BERKSHIRE??
We're very excited to expand our flavour of 'humanised recruitment' outside of Hampshire and West Sussex! Our new Business Manager, Hayley Harding CertRP , will be looking after candidates and clients in these new areas, and bringing her spectacular recruitment experience to the TNP 'humanised' landscape.
Cool fact - she loves a lizard. She has pet Argentinian Tegus, a python, a bearded dragon, a chameleon... Basically she lives in a zoo.

🦔 Tiny Baby Hedgehogs!!
It's a (very) hidden clause of our contract - when you become a TNP client, you might also get to make hedgehog beds and feed baby owls.
We utterly loved our day at Brent Lodge Wildlife Hospital – it was perfect for a team-building session and a chance to do something a little different with some of our wonderful partner companies. Plus, supporting a local charity is always a good thing!

The The Institute of Job Aggregation (IJA) 's recent research has highlighted bot traffic, AI filtering and bias, fake job listings, stolen identities, and skills mismatch as the key threats for jobseekers online. Source: recruiter.co.uk

2. FSSC Publishes Workforce Call-To-Action for the Government.
In a recent publication, the Financial Services Skills Commission recommends driving growth by prioritising skills, through methods such as reforming apprenticeships, increasing the supply of highly skilled talent in tech, putting employers at the heart of the skills system, and more. 3. Private Equity (PE) Activity Saw its Strongest Quarter in Two Years in Q2 2024.
According to EY , firms announced 122 deals valued at US$196b, nearly double the US$100b announced in Q1, making it the strongest period for capital deployment since the downturn began in the third quarter of 2022. Source: ey.com

We've swapped the 'three lions on our shirts' with 'five rings on the Eiffel Tower' as we host our own TNP Olympics! It's our special way to support Team GB . 🇬🇧 Lord knows what our scheming directors have in mind, but it (probably) involves a smaller chance of destroying office equipment.
