Time flies ⚡️

When having fun. And we have fun. Big time. Tech to Market is fun. Fourteen years ago I decided to start working as an independant consultant. Growing into the dream of building an agency.

And there we are. Was it just fun? Hell no. It was a journey. With mostly peaks. But downs as well. Concerns about business and financials. Worries about team members and clients. Letting go and embracing new phases. I learnt so so much. From others and about myself.

It is still about the people. That happy client. Or the one struggling big time. The former colleague inviting the team for a wedding. The secretary sending unexpected flowers. Yesterday's casual coffee in the office. A client meeting late evening at the kitchen table. It is about the people, the conversations and our personal growth. What we share and eventually leave behind.

Flowers from the team. Celebrating fourteen years of joy and learnings. Curious and excited about the next fourteen years. Thank you for being part!
