Need a phone? Like a new one ? Like doesn’t have a version number new? Google has got one for you, or so they claim with their new ad campaign which has gone viral.

It’s been a long time coming and google is finally releasing its own mobile phone, as in from its own hardware division, which looks as promising as the releases of already established brands such as iPhone and Galaxy.

Presented with witty humor and a lot of promise in a video which has received over 8 million views on YouTube, google pixel smartphone is the first phone produced by google which uses both google’s software and hardware and includes innovative first time features in a smartphone.

This innovative new phone will have the first ever in-built google assistant; what does that mean? Siri (Apple) and Cortana (Microsoft) have both been successful assistants on their respective products but google assistant is different; it combines the key functions of both Google Now and Ok Google, which gives it the ability to complete tasks on demand and understand two way dialogue between the user and google and can get things done quickly and on the go with simple phrases, for example by asking “what do I have to do today?” google understands that and presents the schedule for the day. Commands can be done by simple asking it to “Make a reservation at x restaurant” and google will then find the restaurant make the reservation and confirm it without further instructions.

This new release is a big player in google’s overall shares which have been on an uptrend over the past month in anticipation for the new big gadget. Come the 20th of October investors and traders will be geared up to take advantage of this major opportunity.

Google pixel also stands out with what it claims is the “highest rated smartphone camera ever”, with an 89 score from DxOMark, industry standard for camera and lens image quality measurements and ratings.

The ad for the smartphone entices audiences with electric new colours, enhanced Virtual Reality features (and the release of Daydream View, Google’s VR headset), memory which can store 4 thousand videos, and a battery that charges 7 hours in 15 minutes.
