Flexible Work Arrangements must be made clear!

Highlight any flexible work options available, such as remote work, compressed workweeks, or adjusted hours.

Mention the organization’s commitment to accommodating family needs.

Some people include too many responsibilities in a human job description!

Sometimes it looks like a greedy person writing it!

Sometimes, it looks like, except for them, every other human being should do almost limitlessly different jobs, even without knowing practically how much time and energy are required to complete the responsibilities, and how these jobs and responsibilities take time from family life and children!

This type of imbalance with too much work in the jobs, discourages people from accepting to even apply for these imbalanced & impossible jobs!

Clear Expectations and Boundaries are required!

Specify clear expectations for working hours, including start and end times. Encourage employees to maintain boundaries between work and personal life.

Emphasize the importance of unplugging after work hours to recharge and spend quality time with family.

Supportive Environment is a must!
