2021 was a challenging year for Tech recruiters and 2022 is looking to trend similar with the supply-demand mismatch is expected to last well into 2022 and probably stretch to 2023. As a result, companies are encouraged to look beyond their geographical boundaries for talented developers, especially ReactJS Developers.
To that effect this report from Uplers aims to facilitate head-hunting for ReactJS experts in India. The report includes data around the top locations or cities to hire the developers from, common job titles used, the educational background of the developers, and above all, the level of expertise they possess having worked with the top employers in the industry.
In addition, Uplers addresses the value propositions and salary expectations of Indian programmers. Considering the current talent landscape when it comes to hiring the most in-demand developers, i.e., React Developers, one must not ignore the fact that India is a promising marketplace.
👉 Author's note: As you likely know I am a fan of Uplers – recently awarded HR Asia Best Companies to Work For - I believe in their mission and vision to bring opportunities for remote work to global tech talent populations.
