The Domino Effect: Why Every Interaction Matters

🎙 This week on the ISV Society podcast: How do you build trust that lasts? According to George B. Thomas , it starts with the Mathematics of One.

Imagine this: every blog you write, podcast you record, or meeting you hold has the power to influence one person who might knock down 1,000 other dominoes. This approach changes how you think about partnerships, trust, and the long game of business growth.

In this episode, we discuss:

1️⃣ Why human-to-human (H2H) marketing transcends B2B or B2C.

2️⃣ The secret to using HubSpot for smarter segmentation and personalization.

3️⃣ How building trust isn’t a quick fix—it’s a long-term strategy built on micro-moments.

🌱 “Every interaction is a seed. When nurtured, it grows into an orchard you can harvest for years.”

3 Ways to Show Your Partners You’re THANKFUL

1️⃣. Send Handwritten Notes

A handwritten note in 2024? Feels like time travel. But in the best way. Imagine opening your mail and seeing something that isn’t a bill or spam.

🔥 TIP: Block off 30 minutes a week to write a handful of these. Keep it personal. No scripts allowed.

2️⃣. Surprise Them with Gifts

Unexpected gifts are a cheat code to customer loyalty. Think exclusive swag, a free product they didn’t ask for, or an upgrade to something they already love. The best surprises make them feel like, “Wait, this is just for me?”

🔥 TIP: Grab your top 5-10 partners and send them something cool before the holidays. Keep it hush-hush. Let the surprise do the work.

3️⃣. Send a Personalized Video

A quick, personalized video saying thanks will leave a bigger impression than any email. Call out their name, mention something specific and let them know they’re part of your story.

🔥 TIP: Use tools like Loom or Wistia to send quick thank-you videos to your top customers. Keep it under a minute and make it fun.
