Slow-roasted beef brisket & green sauce

Hungry PR #17

ERTH, a butcher, takeaway, and gastronomic restaurant in Hötorgetshallen, focuses on sustainability, craftsmanship, and well-cared-for ingredients. Unexpectedly good, I will be back to try the 'special of the day' as I was initially tempted by the sandwiches—the Reuben was excellent. Well worth a visit, especially if you don't mind a lunch in a bustling environment.

Frippe, Chez Jolie, and Teatergrillen celebrate summer on June 1st with a joint party in the square where Ingmar Bergmans Gata and Nybrogatan meet outside their respective restaurants. Starting from lunchtime, the square will be filled with great food, drinks, music, and a festive atmosphere!

Västergatan, I was in Malmö for the first time in ages and found this perfect, unpretentious bistro for a dinner meeting. A fixed menu 'kvällsmat'—aka supper—for 600 kr, featuring seasonal ingredients and an ambitious, experienced chef in the kitchen, made for a perfect experience.

Fantasy weekend meal:

Slow-roasted beef brisket. Green sauce. Crushed and roasted potatoes.

Green sauce recipe.

In a blender, combine 4 cups of mixed herbs (dill and basil), 2 cloves of garlic, ½ green chili (seeds and stalk removed), 1 tablespoon of capers, 1 tablespoon of grated Parmesan cheese, juice of ½ lemon, and a good pinch of salt. Add ¼ cup of olive oil and 3 ice cubes, then blend until smooth and creamy. Add a bit more oil if needed, and scrape down the sides. Cover and refrigerate before dinner.Smaklig måltid!
