Hungry PR #18

Bord – Quite possibly one of the best dinners of the year with Fantastic Man and Arket. A genuinely fantastic menu and experience by Joel Aronsson previously at Fäviken and Etthem.

Liebling im Park—While Liebling is closed for the summer, Liebling opens in the park across the road from 12 to 22. Get your dose of German sausage, ice cream, or cold drinks all summer!

Julita Wärdshus is a fine dining restaurant created by star chefs Tommy Myllymäki and Pi Le who are also behind the 2-star Michelin restaurant AIRA in Stockholm. It is beautifully located in the heart of Sörmland, by the shore of Lake Öljaren. Open for lunch and a package consisting of a culinary experience, overnight stay and breakfast. It's magical.

Frankys Burger is a great–quality burger joint with lunch specials. Keep it simple with a Franky's Favourite with fries on the side.

Boule Bar Haga—Open all summer, this Boule Bar has the most fantastic backdrop for a game of pétanque —Haga Parken. Grab your 'Le Cochonnet', have a pastis (I recently discovered Henri Bardouin is my favourite, thanks to Remy), and play a couple of games with friends.

Fantasy weekend meal:

Grilled fennel and white anchovy skewers, baked peppers, beans, green sauce, and homemade vanilla ice cream with macerated strawberries.

Baked peppers, beans and green sauce (serves 2).

Roast two large red peppers, with a couple of good glugs of olive oil, in a tray in the barbecue for 25 minutes. Turn over and continue to bake for another 20 minutes. Drain and rinse a can of cannellini beans, add to the peppers, and toss in the juices. Continue to roast for another 10-15mins until the peppers are soft with blackened spots. Serve with the green sauce from the last newsletter. Smaklig måltid!
