I Am the Patient Experience
Every day, in every AdvantageCare Physicians (ACPNY) medical office, we’re committed to delivering the best possible care experience. But once a year, our entire team spends a whole week placing special focus on what makes a great patient experience and how we can do even better. During Patient Experience Week (April 25-29), we want to share a few words from our staff about what they feel makes a great patient experience at ACPNY.
“I am the Patient Experience because I will do my best to ensure that every patient's account that I touch has been verified and is accurate prior to patient check-in. Patients are coming in due to a medical need...they don't need an additional concern relative to receiving a bill because their coverage was not accurate at the time of service.”
