IMA Life is proud to offer “LYO Shield™ Programs” designed for Freeze Dryer System and loading systems. This program is aimed at keeping your freeze dryer and loading system in good working condition.

This program includes a regular preventative maintenance aiming at keeping the equipment running in a reliable state, and a warranty applicable for up to a 5 year plan which brings a definitive confidence in its equipment.

The Lyo Shield ™ program includes a Maintenance program based on a 6 months. Period service visit including spare parts supply and customer commitment for regular tests performance. In parallel Warranty program is applicable to the maintained equipment after a preliminary audit and feasibility survey according to the equipment condition.

This program offers the following benefits:
