The Impact Report

The Impact Report

We're very excited to be kicking off what we expect will be a transformative year in recruitment and workforce management. Ensuring HR practices remain effective and inclusive in the age of AI, addressing the ongoing skills gaps impacting defence, government and enterprise, and the growing need for organisation-wide skills mapping are just some of many high-impact areas we expect will be on the agendas of executive leaders and HR practitioners in 2024.

If you're looking to change up your workforce management strategy this year, we're always open to partnering with like-minded organisations looking to make a lasting positive impact on existing employees and fresh talent.

Starting the year on a high, this month we surpassed 100,000 users on Potential. This is a huge milestone, and one we're incredibly proud of. What this milestone shows us is that there is a wealth of untapped talent lying dormant in overlooked and underserved areas of society.

Around the world, we have thousands of diverse candidates upskilling on Potential and eager to make their next career move:

  • 16,547 Veterans of the Australian Defence Force, 3,246 Veterans of the British Armed Forces and 7,291 Veterans of the Canadian Armed Forces
  • 2,979 Neurodivergent individuals
  • 1,277 Indigenous Peoples in Canada and Australia
  • 5,831 Women

Reach out to us to start tapping into these talent pools.
