The Importance Of Caring For & Supporting Your People
Welcome to June 2022!
As if navigating business environments wouldn't be challenging enough, it seems that the collective emotional well-being of our world is facing extreme pressure. The good news is that more and more companies seem to have recognized the need and have begun offering support or have introduced mental health programs for their employees.
While there is certainly a long way ahead of us, along with such programs comes the integration of new practices and developmental structures to allow and equip employees to live happier and healthier lives - Because after all, it is not only the right thing to do, but we also know that the mental well-being of employees improves engagement, productivity, and ultimately the success of the business or organization depends on it.
If you’re addressing these issues within your organization or team, I'm thrilled that you are on top of it and putting in place practices that make a tremendous difference in today’s environment and most importantly in people's lives.
I hope that the resources in this month's issue of our Business and Leadership Insights help you continue (or start) your efforts in supporting your employees' well-being.
All the best,
Marion
