Introducing speakers for flourishing phase of Superbloom Fellows Program
The first phase of the Superbloom Fellows Program has been going on really well, headed by Dr. Ramya Ranganathan. In the second phase of the program, we are extremely excited to collaborate with 3 amazing women who are going to deliver sessions with the fellows:
Annabelle “Bee” Baumann, Dr. Beth Duckles and Ivannia Martinez
Anabelle “Bee” Baumann:
With over 15 years of experience as a language trainer, she has helped her clients become more effective communicators. She is an intercultural trainer, motivational speaker, and stand-up comedian who has traveled throughout Germany and the U.K. using her voice. She wrote the book, Gurrl, You Ain't Crazy, about her journey. The book aims to inspire others to become more aware of themselves and communicate who they are with authenticity. Dr. Beth Duckles:
She is the founder and co-director of Open Post Academics, a program that assists transitioning academics. As a sociologist, accomplished storyteller and published author, she is also the creator of multiple workshops and programs focussed on qualitative research methods, community building and other related fields of social sciences.
Ivannia Martinez:
Ivannia Martínez is a keynote public speaker, business consultant, and electronic engineer who holds a master’s degree in computer science. She has worked in technology and engineering for more than twenty-five years. She enjoys building strong teams and coaching and mentoring others in their career progressions. She is dedicated to promoting more women into STEM careers by actively engaging in academic, government, and industry groups that focus on this purpose
