Since my first appointment as Chief Audit Executive in the summer of 2007, I have searched for a path to effectiveness in Internal Audit Functions. This search has resulted in my PhD dissertation, https://lnkd.in/dZwnhbrK , and further publications since then. Thank you, Richard Chambers , for your acknowledgements. Thank you, three times.

I very much look forward to my teaching assignment at the Johannes Gutenberg-Universität Mainz  starting in the summer of 2022. Thank you, Christopher Koch , for the opportunity, https://lnkd.in/dQyYpAK6 . I would like to encourage students to consider the career path of Internal Auditing right after graduation. This is presently hardly on the radar of students.
