With the Flex Contract, you benefit from standard Service Level Agreements (SLAs), guaranteeing the quality and responsiveness of our support. We are committed to meeting and if possible exceeding these SLAs, ensuring that your database management needs are met with precision and efficiency.
Our team can be available during various time slots, ranging from 8-18, 24/5, or 24/7, depending on your preference. Once you submit a request, our authorized personnel will handle it promptly via our service desk tool, chat, email, or phone. We ensure efficient communication with the relevant competence center, where our experts will take charge of resolving your issues. Depending on the problem's urgency, we may initiate a quick fix according to priority and then proactively resolve the underlying issue at a standard rate.
