An invitation from the CTO to join Future Learning initiative

An invitation from the CTO to join Future Learning initiative

Imagine something for a moment.

You are a talented person. You want to know that you are changing something substantial in this world. You want to know that your hard work and long-standing knowledge are translated into a real impact.

You want to know that your talent helps to detect brain bleeds in MRI scans; or detect diseases in wheat crops with hyper-spectral sensors that erode food that could feed hundreds of thousands of people; or to translate real-time speech into another language to break language barriers; or perhaps you just want to make a perfect face swap with Bar Refaeli or Donald Trump, or hear music that was composed by a computer. It's okay, I'm not judging :)

You are already familiar with the amazing AI revolution that can solve these challenges. You have read countless articles and blogs about it, and you are considering joining it. The salary is also not bad at all :) But unfortunately, every place gives you a single lego brick, without explaining to you how all these bricks connect to cancer detection, for example. There also seems to be lego bricks that are missing, as they seem to require extreme complicated equations.

Now imagine this.

You come only with your talent, and the knowledge you have so far, to the leading AI solutions company in Israel, a company that solves these challenges precisely on a daily basis. This company will give you every day a new lego brick. Within 8 weeks, you shall already have a tower, and afterwards a guaranteed job.

You don’t believe? See for yourself:

At the end of the second week, you've implemented the Kalman Filter for object tracking (no, my friends, you will not use ‘import kalman’, we check that). The implementation is OOP over Git Flow, there are no compromises here.

At the end of the third week, you have already expanded the tracker to perform fusion with an Appearance Model, as the Kalman filter assumes constant acceleration, and real people do not walk at constant acceleration. After all, we came to deal with real-world challenges here.

At the end of the fourth week, you have already used the Tensorflow Framework to train an object detection Neural Network from scratch, to perform real-time detection on camera recordings. The products are fed directly into the tracker, which is upgraded every week. Now it already has Deep Learning capabilities inside.

At the end of the fifth week, you have already changed the architecture of the Neural Network, the loss function, and the training procedure, to extract a much more sophisticated Unique Object Identifier that will allow you to reach ultimate tracking, even in cases where the object is hidden, leaves and re-enters the field of view, and even passes from one camera to another.

At the end of these five weeks you will have a Deep Tracker which is significantly better than many real systems that are deployed today in the market! And you have built all of it!

And friends, that's only a single tower you build, there are many more :) There are GANs, Reinforcement Learning, and much more.

Now it is clearer how at the end of 8 weeks you can realize your dream of using your talent, the knowledge you have and the new one you have just acquired to solve the dramatic problems that humanity is dealing with everyday and make a real difference in your hard work. In fact, 90% of our graduates begin working at Razor Labs facing and solving different challenges, such as the ones mentioned above. No Ph.Ds are required here. All it takes is an engineering degree (B.Sc. or M.Sc.), willpower and persistence, and of course, the unique methodology at Razor Labs.

Don’t believe it's possible? You are welcome to talk to our graduates.

Your time is precious, we don’t want to waste it. After having trained dozens of engineers in our company, we can ensure you that we have everything that is needed to help you transition smoothly and in the most efficient way into the AI industry.
