The Jewish New Year

The Jewish New Year

Translated as “head of the year,” beginning the evening of Sunday, September 25th and running until sundown, Tuesday, September 27th, the Jewish faithful celebrate Rosh Hashanah. This joyful and exuberant celebration marks the beginning of the new year by reflecting on the accomplishments and near accomplishments of the prior year. At this, the start of the High Holy Days, it is with respect for their faith and hopes for a positive and productive new year that Millbrook wishes all of those who believe in a peaceful beginning to a new year. “So, as the shofar blows in homes and across the world, we at Millbrook, as one larger family, wish each individual family celebrating with their loved one’s health and happiness in this year to come,” said Andy Doro.

Shana Tovah!
