Washington State Department of Transportation (WSDOT) is currently seeking a Transportation Planning Specialist 3 (In-Training) to join the Olympic Region Multimodal Planning office! Under the direction of the Principal Multimodal Planner, this role contributes to regional planning and project delivery efforts with a focus on leading pre-design activities for Complete Streets and other projects. They will also oversee and complete transportation planning studies; review local agency comprehensive plan periodic updates and amendments; participate on statewide plan and policy reviews; and create and maintain good working relationships with regional planning organizations, local jurisdictions, Tribal nations, and other internal and external customers.
