Eli is NOT confused about his career...anymore.
He knows what he's great at and what he really cares about and most importantly he understands that a job or title is NO LONGER his career. He uses his Life's Core Purpose of Deciding Health to improve whatever he touches from now on.
You see after finding those two powerful words about himself, Eli spent three weeks doing three assignments that help him to "meld" or join these two words- Deciding Health- to become a single operating principle in his life. He now knows that the point of his life is to make and empower decisions that advance health (good will, profitability, improvement, gain, solutions, etc) in the world around him.
If you listen to the podcast you will hear how the Career Track helped him to use his purpose in a job he can do well in a company that agrees with him. (yes you saw that right).
