Hanuman (the monkey god) could still hear Sursa moaning and groaning in pain as he flew towards Lanka. Her groans echoed through the ocean and reverberated in the sky.

For Hanuman, success was just miles away! His journey was complete! Soon he will reach Lanka, and his mission will be successful!

Success is a magical word. We all desire to be successful. But we never try to understand why we should be successful. You might think you need to be successful because your friends are successful, every member of your family is successful, the society you live in is full of successful people, and so on. There can be numerous reasons why someone wants to be successful. Why are you acting in this way? What is the purpose of your life or business? Why is it necessary for you or your company to exist? Whether you're making decisions, moving things along, working your day job, or starting a lifestyle business, asking why should give you a good indication of whether you're on the path to success or if you're just trudging along. There is nothing wrong with your decision or the reasoning behind it. You should develop a vision and "version" of yourself or your business that positions you for success based on your response to that question, or the question, "Why does your business exist?" Nobody ever starts a successful company without having a vision and the motivation to make a change. You need to know why to pinpoint this vision. What you set out to do and how you do it are both determined by the fundamental question of why.

But why was Hanuman doing it? He was already a prince; he had no shortage of wealth, power, or fame, all of which we mortals crave. He was the son of the Wind God, which made him divine too. He could have sat in his kingdom, managing his daily affairs like Monkey King Bali did. What was the need for him to fly to Lanka, a land he knew nothing about? What kind of success was he looking for?

The majority of successful people have done just that—asked why things are the way they are, why people behave the way they do, and why you and I even exist. They also inquire as to why consumers choose one product over another or why they choose one action over another. On the strength of this, they begin to resolve a dilemma. By asking the right questions and identifying the right motivation, you’ll soon find out what’s important in your life.

Your preferences affect how your life and career unfold. You might take longer to complete tasks but choose not to climb the corporate ladder. You could be anywhere in the middle. There is no one solution that works for everyone; if someone tells you that you need to work nonstop to succeed, they are, to put it mildly, full of bollox. You need to be aware of your identity and goals. What are you made of, and why are you on this planet? These are the questions at hand. Your motivation, which is essentially what drives you to take action, is driven by your identity and purpose. You must define your identity and purpose, as well as provide an answer to the why question, in order to become motivated and choose the actions to take going forward. Are you taking the necessary steps to succeed? Do you aspire to success? What does success mean to you? We frequently equate success with having money. However, wealth does not always imply success for someone whose mission and motivation is to produce clean drinking water in the Saharan desert. That person is motivated by the gratitude and legacy left behind, not by the figures in a bank account. The why is not the same, regardless of how much money is made.

To answer the why question, there will be a few what and how questions along the way. Typical ones are:

  • What gets you up in the morning?
  • Why are you going to work?
  • What’s the best thing in the world?
  • What and where do you want to be 5, 10, or 20 years from now?
  • What do you want your life to look like?
  • What’s the most annoying thing in the world? What would you like to change?
  • Where would you like to live?
  • What problem could you solve?

The "only chance" you have to live on this planet requires a philosophical outlook on life. It doesn't matter if you achieve that by living to be 60 or 120 years old. There is no way to go back in time to try again. You wouldn't remember this life even if you believed in reincarnation, would you? By making the most of today, you can transform your life and find greater happiness. The old rules are no longer relevant, and the world is your oyster. Simply follow your gut and act morally. Live in the present moment. Decide what success means to you by defining your why—your main goal—and then keep working toward it until you do. Once you accomplish it, consider whether you want to change the purpose and intensify it more or less. You'll come to understand that as your life has changed, so has your "why."

The exact definition of why Hanuman was working is given by Mike Pegg. Mike Pegg calls it "soul work" vs. "salary work," one for the soul and another for feeding the family and paying the mortgage. What you might have quickly discovered in your career is that those who had a career in mind didn't initially join a start-up; instead, they devised a plan to transfer to a larger company. This provided them with security in the form of a few years of training, mentorship, career advancement, and potential internal development initiatives. In other words, a solid base from which to build. On the other hand, there are successful businesspeople who have never aspired to work for a corporation. They created their own businesses, which they later sold to a larger corporation. They profited greatly as a result of their actions.

States Steve Tobak "Regardless of how you define success, if you stay true to yourself and accomplish your objectives, not only will you feel fulfilled, but you'll also have plenty of money waiting for you when you get there." That's just how things operate. But if material wealth is what you consider success to be, you'll probably never get there. As far as goals go, wealth is a pretty poor target. It is surface-level. It is not satisfying. Additionally, there is always too much of it. The more you have, the more you want. "The more you spend, the more money you need." He does a good job of summarizing the difficulties, saying that success and wealth are not the same thing and that what matters more is how satisfied you are. Some people earned money through earn outs, such as the sale of their businesses, while others did so by achieving high positions in significant corporations. One crucial point to note before we return to money is perception. There are two ways perception operates. Contrarily, perception deals with how others see you. It turned out that the majority of my guests didn't think of themselves as wealthy or successful. They were able to make decisions freely thanks to their money, taking their time between jobs and securing a pension. But none of them boasted about their wealth. Money and material possessions are still viewed as signs of success in some nations, with the USA being frequently cited as an example. It's much simpler to compare the size of our bank accounts than to compare who is leading a more fulfilling life, as Carlos Samba puts it. Imagine You decided against becoming a teacher when you were 18 because of financial considerations. Since then, your perspective on money has changed, and you are not the only one. As more people come to the conclusion that having money alone doesn't make you wealthy, money has lost some of its power to motivate us as a society. Life is becoming more and more about playing the long game, sticking with a job, having an impact, and sharing knowledge. Success is about making a difference and leaving a legacy. Other factors far outweigh "money" motivations to succeed. The focus is on supporting others' success and riding the wave.

But making a difference and leaving a legacy is not easy, not even for mighty Hanuman. Far away, in that same way, there was a region where live volcanoes erupted. It was noon, and even then the sunlight looked gloomy. Another deadly and unprecedented obstacle awaited the monkey god. Her name was Simhika (Chayagrahi), better known as the "Shadow-Grabber." Chayagrahi was the legendary queen of this region, which included the ocean and skies. As they passed through these oceans on their way to Lanka, flying and sea monsters were silently trapped in her magnetism. She was the mother of Rahu and Ketu, two well-known planets. Everything was demanded as a ransom by Trio. Even Sursa wandered in the backwaters of these realms. Before Hanuman reached the spot, a sea monster and her calf were crossing the region. As soon as their shadow fell on the placid waters, the vicious thorns of Simhika's eyelid were positioned all around her and her calf. They waddled their way into a direct death trap, as Chayagrahi crushed those monsters effortlessly with its thorny eyelids and sucked both of them dry. The ocean churns with blood at this onslaught. Yet another dimension of Chayagrahi was the sky. As one monstrous bird flew, her shadow fell on the placid waters; nothing escaped her magnitism as the terrifying monster seemed to have an appetite to gobble away the ocean and the skies.

Failure is just like the Chayagrahi. The moment the shadow of success falls into the placid water of your life, it rises out of nowhere to grab it. One of the first generations to have improved financial circumstances since the Second World War is the millennial generation. They also carry the uncertainty of not having a final salary pension plan, though. They enjoy a level of technological advancement in their daily lives that surpasses anything we have yet seen. As more people come to believe that having money alone doesn't make you "rich," money has lost some of its power to motivate us as a society. If it were a financial issue, most people would stop after earning enough money to maintain their standard of living until death. People who are successful keep going, achieve more success, and keep going until they achieve even greater success. Success isn't something you can physically touch or see. It can't be banked and put on the driveway; you can't just do it, but you can work for it. You can live it. Success, as a thing, is intangible, similar to happiness. Success is a process or progression toward a noble ideal, not something you become or are. When you reach your goals, success may appear in the form of a title, money, or arrogance. Being on the road to success is like receiving an endless blessing. The notion of working at one job and climbing the career ladder gradually is a thing of the past. Life's work has come to an end. It doesn't always imply success to be on a career path in the traditional sense of obtaining a good education, a good job, a good income, etc. Success doesn't have to come in a straight line. We might feel as though we haven't really traveled very far as we travel through space. You might not feel like you're making any progress or even being successful. Before you know it, you will have touched down on Mars or the Moon. Success has no beginning or end, so you want to continue. It's the satisfaction of attaining success and starting the journey all over again. If you don't think you are or aren't already successful, turn off your devices and push yourself to think.

Half the day has already melted away. Half a million of his friends are waiting at Mahendragiri, in between anxiety and death! between commitment and failure, between Sita and Rama, who, along with Lakshmana, is in profound grief as the very existence of Raghukula depends upon the speed and intelligence of Shri Rama. Hanuman has no time! But little did Hanuman know what transpired a few moments ago! Likewise, the lightning swiftness of Hanuman surpasses the comprehension of Chayagrahi, as her outstretched hand remains empty in her memory lane for the first time in centuries! How can this be? Her mind burns in anger and pain! The intensity of burning concentration and the intensity of the heart-throb have transformed Hanuman into a more profound and dedicated Hanuman. Ultimately, the irresistable itch for shades and shadows asserts itself! She is haunted by more than just her devilish self, so she experiments with fire to satisfy her appetite! with hanuman?

Hanuman is suddenly immobilized by an invisible force! Hanuman glimpses a new frontier and a new threat.

"This is Chayagrahi, which Jambavan warned me about!"

The demonic suction seizes Hanuman in its vicious hold! But Hanuman's torch of burning anger destroys it!

Chayagrahi surfaces. Hanuman is face to face with death once again! The most incredible monster surfaces! The creature erupts with diabolic ferocity, like a volcano! In fact, Chayagrahi never had to stretch for anything beyond a mere wish! The very shade of the hugest creature entitled her to her rights, her calm, and her prey as the malignant arms of the beast pounced! Hanuman is spellbound by its magnetism! but this time! Her pride was shattered by the mocking revelation of her inadequacy! Her anger and roars shoot vibrations of terror in all directions! But there is a shift wherever Hanuman is! Hanuman smacks his mace against her limb—the devil's first bite of pain! Thunder and lightning reverberated through the ocean and sky as the demon's limb shattered, causing her own blood to steam! Throwaway to the airborne waves like a sea creeper, how can she let him go? How can she let Hanuman fly away? Seized by anger, shamed by the crushing blow, seized by the discomfiture of its mind, body, and soul, seized by the pent-up ferociousness, seized by her own deadliness, Chayagrahi revolts! She stretches her full length, full of fury, and fire engulfs her to retrieve Hanuman! For a brief fraction of time, Hanuman is free, but the invisible magnetism drags him down again. Now it is a fact! This is not a creature that will let him go away! There is only one way to hit back harder and harder with the same force as the beast's drag! Hanuman swings his Vajra like a mace into a ferocious spin and lands a deafening death blow on the chest of the beast!

The sun was setting. The stars have crept across the sunny sky; Hanuman's mace could have blown her off! The waves saved her! Chayagrahi now realized that she had toyed with her own death. By now, it was certain that Hanuman would not let her survive.

Knowing her death is inevitable and sensing its very smell is maddening power indeed! Chayagrahi lived life raw and naked! Fear? No! It is not going to live. Neither will it let him live! It is now a fight to the finish! With that kind of die-hard stuff she is made of, the enraged Simhika explodes! With an incredible demonic speed, Simhika grabs Hanuman, squeezes him in her deadliest hold, and vanishes underwater to hell, where she is at home. As she hits the ground, her huge weight pierces the moss! Her fierce roars shoot waves of deluge everywhere. The sea panics and the seabed quakes. When the primeval euphoria hits her brain, the animal jerks into uncontrollable convulsions.

With a massive blow of Vajra's hard mace, Hanuman smashes her nose and erupts out of the ocean into the sky like an exploding volcano. But she charges, and it gets crazier and crazier.

Hanuman was surprised.

"I wonder how to tackle Chayagrahi. ""The harder I hit, the wilder its pursuit!"

Hanuman finally senses the inevitable and devastating force of the stream through her eyes. He attacks them. With one blow of his mace, he shatters the splinters of the last rays of all that she sees. Chayagrahi pulls up all her inner power and, with a tremendous surge of beastly instinct, sucks Hanuman into the black hole of its maw! Chayagarhi will not abandon him until her last cell! He must finish to the core if he is to survive! Hanuman plunges into the power of evil in her dark consciousness.

Hanuman enters her mouth, which is filled with the entrails' simmering heat. Her breath was like burning gases from lava that can melt the heaviest of metals, flesh, and hide like a pint of cheese! Vajradehi Hanuman pierces the very source, splits the venom, and rips every fabric, crushing her monstrous bones and ripping open her veins. Finally, Hanuman, with his megaspeed, lands a kick on her heart that stops the whole motion once and for all.

EQ is defined as the capacity to be aware of one's emotions. People with a high EQ are better at handling interpersonal relationships. The main skills come down to being self-aware, self-regulating, having high motivation, being empathetic, and being very good at social skills. Deep thinkers like "geeks" and "extroverts" are essential for developing highly successful products or services. Not all introverts and extroverts exhibit the same traits. EQ is crucial for a person's development. It is essential to achieving both personal and financial success to be better at handling interpersonal relationships. According to studies, it is essential to achieving both personal and financial success. There are resources that can assist you in raising your EQ. You instantly become more successful once you begin to train yourself to communicate more effectively. Consider your associate's family situation, their personality traits, and their hobbies. Keep in mind those details, bring them up, or think of someone's birthday. The focus should be on the individual rather than the transaction. Be nice and helpful to your neighbors and friendly with the staff at the shop. Carry a high EQ and make sure your managers do too—they'll be happier and more reassured. The underlying assumption that people have regarding learning and intelligence is known as a "growth mindset." Growth mindset is concerned with attitude and belief, much like EQ. Successful people strive for daily improvement. Those who advance bravely and fearlessly are astute learners. Most people's biggest flaw is their unwillingness to move forward. It is believed in the principle that says failure breeds success, which is a separate one. But failure isn't always followed by success. The growth mindset includes learning to "see it, do it," to be courageous, and to then refine it. If you are certain that you want to "jump out of the plane" and "go for it," you should be fearless and confident that you will find a parachute along the way if you ever need one. In that case, you would still live, make the same mistake again, and learn from it. It's crucial to have good mentors. As his mentor, Jambhuban the Bear warned Hanuman about the perils he would face traveling to Lanka. He found that to be of great assistance, and it also contributed to his victory over the monsters. You should look for five or more mentors who can guide you through life. Some endure forever, while others only exist temporarily. It's crucial that you identify the subject matter you require expertise in, locate an expert, and request coaching or mentoring from that person. What we discover more frequently are mentorships tailored to particular circumstances. This might be the case with your boss at work or a person from a different field. You might try to establish those connections in order to discover more about a different facet of the company. Coffee shop conversations are very beneficial. A more senior person mentoring and coaching others within an organization has advantages. Mentoring is a two-way process because it enables a more experienced individual to recognize needs and difficulties in other departments and levels of the company. Hanuman's team was his greatest motivation; he was constantly reminded of the millions of his monkey friends who were waiting on Mahendragiri for his successful return. The smallest type of team is a group of two people. Working with people from various disciplines has numerous advantages. Any brainstorming or problem-solving session will produce better results with a more diverse group. The data, for instance, "clearly demonstrates how trust and a positive corporate culture can impact business performance," according to Forbes. Team members should receive the same treatment as the CEO. The executive or assistant should fly business class if the CEO does. Everyone on the team needs to be able to trust each other, regardless of the team's size. This will guarantee that the work is completed and the results are of high quality. When a business expands, the owner or manager who has handled every aspect of it—including finance, human resources, sales, and customer service—can find it difficult to stop doing everything themselves. There isn't a duplicate of them that performs the same task in precisely the same manner. Entrepreneurs have a difficult time finding someone to "replace" them. Know your numbers when someone gives you control of their business. Be the person they call at 3 in the morning to find out what's going on. Establish precise guidelines, goals, and KPIs while ensuring that your protégé is on top of everything. Diversity is more important than ever, and in my opinion, this is making a big difference. Daily, new studies are being published that demonstrate the benefits of having a diverse workplace. According to Ropse Johnson, workforce diversity can boost productivity and give businesses a competitive edge. Hiring the best candidate for the position is the key to any diversity practice. There are women who work as physicians, police officers, firefighters, astronauts, and pilots. Any organization that values diversity will receive more diverse input. Shree Rama hired Hanuman for this job, for he knew it would not be possible for others to tackle the diversity of lanka's workforce, setting an example for corporations to follow. Ravana had already followed suit by hiring demons like Sursa, Chayagrahi, and Lankini for the protection and security of Lanka and its surrounding oceans. These ladies were true to their profession and died on duty. All jobs are jobs. There will be ups and downs for you. The most crucial aspect of your life is the only constant. To avoid staying in bed when the alarm goes off at 5 a.m. or choosing to watch TV instead of working out, you must learn to control your thoughts. The work you need to complete will be supported by habits and routines, and planning things out in your journal or diary also greatly assists. Contrast hard work with fewer breaks. Without putting in a lot of effort, remaining dedicated, and exercising extreme discipline, it is difficult to progress.

Routines and habits are key to helping with focus and providing support for success. Habits are routine or repetitive behaviors that we frequently engage in. You won't be able to change your life until you alter a daily habit, according to Darren Hardy. Whether it's exercising or losing weight, daily habits have a cumulative effect and produce better results. Every pilot has a check list for every gauge and piece of equipment; they can't fly without it. These little routines are what motivate you to go a little further and think more carefully. If you can't automate it, can you outsource it? That goes for washing dishes by hand or ironing 10 shirts a week. You have more time for the important things in life, like thinking about important topics, the less you have to think about things. A balanced life with family, friends, and interests is important; happiness is an important factor closely aligned with success. Business success isn't the result of business itself. A balanced lifestyle, in the opinion of Louis Efron, is essential for success. Success isn't worthwhile without a spouse, possibly children, or a happy family life. If you don't have family, you should have a hobby or a pet. Human Resources' Linda Cattelan affirms that maintaining a healthy sense of balance in your life is necessary for true success. When they are with their loved ones and friends, most people are content. If all of your attention is on your job and career, you run the risk of becoming stagnant. According to research, if you don't strike a work-life balance, you're more likely to be unhappy, dissatisfied with life, possibly depressed, and agitated. People who lead contented lives outside of work perform better at their day jobs. Striking a balance and being able to switch off are both crucial. The Power of Visualization, which combines the Law of Attraction and the Power of Thought, is discussed on the Mindvalley blog . The secret to success is understanding how to use it to your advantage. You will be able to realize your objectives, aspirations, and goals with the aid of visualization. In NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming), we use a technique that has you visualize "if you were already there, imagine how you got there." What would it mean for you to be successful? What would it look like? How does it feel? A lot of athletes use visualization to play better and improve their skills. There's a study suggesting that by programming the subconscious brain for success, you actually achieve it. Matt Mayberry suggests techniques like a vision board, trigger cards, or feeding your mind with happy memories. The term "mindfulness" is currently becoming popular. In Success magazine, Matt Tunney argues that mindfulness is a change from "being our thinking" to "being aware of our thinking." Journaling and meditation result in a calm mind and reflective thinking that promote success. The use of mindfulness in organizations and the need for it are both expanding. According to Vertikal Kshyap, mindfulness is a technique for increasing productivity and finding a better work-life balance. We all gain from meditation, both at work and at home, so it's time to reconsider how we work. There is scientific evidence that meditation has many positive effects. Meditation can lower stress and raise happiness levels. If you prefer to meditate by writing in a journal, swimming, or running, that is acceptable too. It's important that it works for you and provides you with relief. Everyone benefits from switching the mind off, but some people are good at turning off the work brain. High standards for both you and other people lay the groundwork for success. One of the ways values impact success is by influencing the choices you make in life. You won't be happy, and your success will be hampered, if you don't live your life in accordance with your values. Give a client an update by the end of the week if you promised them a document by then. If you want other people to act this way, set an example for them and inform the public. Maintaining high standards and values in your work is crucial. Self-discipline fits with values and high standards. Successful people hold themselves and their team to the same standards of accountability. When you hold yourself to high standards, you frequently have to accept that others cannot match them. It's important to have high standards and to live up to them. It also means that you should never let your guard down. Aligning the company's values with everyone who works there must be a daily process. How well a company does is determined by its culture. When a company's culture is clearly aligned with its business strategy, it attracts people who feel at home there, according to a paper on culture published by Deloitte. According to their survey, 87% of respondents believe that culture is crucial to success. An organization's culture is shaped by its values and, naturally, by the people who work there. This includes togetherness, teamwork, and the level of trust the manager places in the team. Additionally, open communication between management and employees is important. The majority of businesses still operate under a 9–5 culture where time is valued over output. Making work enjoyable in all circumstances is the key to a positive work environment and culture. Even though it's more difficult to measure because it's less tangible, the effort is well worth it. Being sincere in your approach will help you succeed much more than being dishonest. Being authentic entails having a strong connection to your inner self. You're more likely to become who you want to be if you're successful and create a life or business that brings you success. Being genuine and persuading others of your viewpoints are two characteristics of authenticity. Those who are authentic are better at expressing their intentions and values. Being authentic and standing out will help you gain the trust of others. An authentic leader prioritizes others over self-interest and fosters a positive environment. The happier you are in life, the better you are at your job. The higher you get on the career ladder, the greater the "work success." It's a combination of factors, but having a stable, happy life will certainly help people progress through the challenges at work.

Hanuman's way out was tearing through Chayagrahi's chest; he ripped it up, thundered out with the same lightning speed, and picked up his mace, which is the external companion of his power. Jets of blood soak the ocean, and Hanuman heads south towards Lanka. With a swift dive in the ocean, he purges the venom and blood. With inconceivable speed, the soul shatters through all the known barriers of speed as the cosmos echoes in the sky.

Hanuman's success brings the following points to light as well:

1. Many individuals think that having a prestigious job or the ability to exert control over others gives them power. The experience of "self-referral," or reliance on the eternal and infinitely wise Self, is where true power, however, can be found. Outsiders might have thought Ben's life was a dream, but he started to feel uneasy. Ben (a person) lost his job as a result of his company making cuts. His wife confided in him that she was unhappy and desired a divorce. His attention turned inward, and he began to have more frequent encounters with his eternal self. This naturally led to a job that was even more fulfilling than the one he had before.

2. According to the Law of Giving and Receiving, giving and receiving lead to happiness for all parties involved. Self-made billionaire Bill Cummings has promised to donate more than half of his fortune during his lifetime. The goal of Cummings' real estate firm is to spread happiness to as many people as possible.

3. Making thoughtful decisions is facilitated by understanding this principle. While negative actions will bring negativity, positive actions will boomerang positivity back.

4. Arguments naturally become less frequent, and present-moment awareness increases when one is less defensive. In 2015, writer Anastasia Ilou made a New Year's resolution to stop defending herself. She soon learned the joys of doing so. Giving up the need to explain or convince can free up energy for use in more useful endeavors.

5. Higher presence, which naturally connects to the realm of unadulterated potentiality, happens when outcomes are disassociated. When James Doty began to meditate, he realized the strength of intention in the here and now. Intentions will be realized if they are set with a clear emphasis on the present.

6. Concerning oneself with how an intention will come to pass prevents manifestation. Concentrate on connecting with one's divine self, and let the universe take care of the rest. One is more aware of the interconnectedness of all living things when operating from the perspective of the non-physical self.

7. Oprah Winfrey's experience demonstrates how harboring excessive attachment to a result can prevent a dream from coming true. Poverty consciousness, or the conviction that material comfort is always in short supply, is a result of attachment. Detachment conveys a firm and unwavering belief in one's ability to manifest all good things.

8. People experience a sense of timelessness when they are fully engaged in their unique talents. When the eternal self is fully experienced, there is a sense of timelessness. When they experience the Zone of Genius, the majority of people self-destruct.
