Use Workato AI in your workspaces, regardless of data center: Make your workflows smarter with the AI by Workato connector, now available in all data centers.

Automate your SOX compliance reports with the Audit Log APIs: Take your activity audit data elsewhere with the user and activity log APIs, and go from weekly manual reports to automated peace.

Log your trigger errors, and find issues faster: Dive deep into the logging service, and filter down to polling and filter errors that could be preventing your recipes from being successful. All customers with the logging service enabled can now log and view trigger errors, providing essential data for debugging and ensuring timely notifications. We've also increased log limits per customer to 1,000,000 records per source type.

Updated connectivity for SAP: Enhanced BAPI organization, SAP Router support, and increased efficiency for on-prem instances.

RLCM Updates

  • Manifest Zip File Naming Logic: Updated logic for naming manifest zip files.
  • Retention Period for Archived Manifests: Archived manifests will now be permanently deleted after 30 days.
  • Improved Error Messaging: Enhanced error messages for RLCM, with additional troubleshooting information available on our Docs site.
  • Deployment Trigger Update: Added package ID to enable users to perform a GET call to see which recipes were deployed.
  • Recipe Diff Feature Fix: Fixed the recipe diff feature for workbots.

Chandar comes to us with a stellar background in GTM transformation, category creation, and demand generation, honed at industry giants like Adobe Marketo and Coupa Software.
