The summer has finally arrived, the Euros are in full swing, elections are just next week and we have the Olympics around the corner – a busy few weeks indeed! And while we are never quite confident that the football is coming home, we have our own Kensington XI squad made up of our excellent products created to help your clients into their own homes.

1.  Kensington XI

Over the next few weeks, many will be hoping that their nation can bring the trophy home, but we're more focused on your clients owning one. Our superstar specialist solutions are back for the Euros!

2.  Special rates to score for your clients

June has seen us launch a number of special rates (over 20!) to help a variety of your customers, depending on their circumstances.

  • Professionals: Following our removal of max age at application, we’ve made this product available to more clients who meet the Professional range criteria and launched special rates starting from 6.79%
  • Resi 95% LTV with £1,000 cashback: For your clients looking to make a purchase with a small deposit, we released special rates all featuring £1,000 cashback and free valuation
  • Resi 90% LTV: 12 new special rates on 2, 3 or 5 year fixed terms on our Select range, starting from 6.44%
  • BTL (inc Limited Company) 75% LTV: 2 and 5 year fixed rate options with either 3% or 5% fee, from 4.19%

3.  New £4,000 fee product on BTL

Providing you with more options for your clients, we have released a 2 year fixed rate product on BTL, including for limited company applications, at 5.79%.  See our BTL product guide for all the details.


4.  Helping you make a successful application

When it comes to a successful application it's the little things that could make all the difference, so to help you with this we put together a guide with useful pointers on things to be mindful of when placing your cases with us.

Plus, we’re STILL at one day service for reviewing all new applications and uploaded documents, as we have been for over 2 years. Our average app to offer for June was 11 days, and you can talk to your sales support team in typically under a minute.
