#3 Early Registration Open TODAY:

Monday, September 9th: Early-Badge Pick-Up will be open 2:00-6:00 PM

#4 Bring the following when you pick up your badge: A valid photo ID, preferably a valid passport or a valid US license, your email confirmation with QR code (also available on the SaaStr Events mobile app) and be ready to meet the requirements for our daily, security checks (*airport style) 

Parking & Transportation

• Rideshare (Uber & Lyft): Use this Address: 1346 Saratoga Dr, San Mateo, CA 94403  
• Parking is pre-designated: If you already received a parking pass, please park in the designated lot assigned to you. If not, there will be attendee parking (free) on a first-come basis at 1346 Saratoga Dr, San Mateo, CA 94403  
• Overflow parking: is available without a pass at the Crowne Plaza: 1221 Chess Dr, Foster City  to utilize the SaaStr Shuttles.
• Shuttle Busses: Will be on a continuous loop to / from Crowne Plaza, the Hampton Inn and SaaStr Annual at the San Mateo County Events Center at these times: Tues, Sept 10: 8:00 AM -7:00 PMWeds, Sept 11: 7:30 AM -7:30 PMThurs, Sept 12: 7:30 AM -6:30 PM

Weather & Dress Code

Keep in mind SaaStr Annual is an indoor/ outdoor event spread across a massive 40+ acre campus. Dress and pack appropriately! It will be warm in the afternoons but can get a bit chillier in the early mornings and evenings. Bringing layers and wearing sensible shoes is recommended. Our dress code is business casual.

And get a jumpstart of networking. Book a Braindate and Sign up for 1:1 and Group Networking Sessions though the app.

1. Braindates are designated into 3 group sizes: 1:1's, 1:4s Small Groups, and 1:20s Super Braindates.

No matter the size of the group, each Braindate is designed for you to share knowledge and network with fellow leaders during SaaStr Annual. The goal is to help each other learn something new, find mentorships, create partnerships and exchange strategies.

2. There will be two ways to participate in Braindates: First, you can join an existing Braindate on a topic that catches your attention. Or, you can create your own Braindate topic and allow other attendees to sign up and learn from you.

3. Braindates topics are carefully moderated - meaning it goes to our moderation team for approvals before it's shown to all attendees. Everything should be from a strict thought leadership perspective. We do not accept topics that are a commercial, pitchy, or related to your product.

4. Creating a braindate does not guarantee attendance. Your topic has to be good! Timely, thought-leadership topics often perform the best.

To get started, login to Braindate with the email you bought your ticket with and create a password. You'll then notice the topic marketplace where you can post what you want to share or learn. We've already added a few Super Braindates and topics to the platform that you can join!

We'll have a huge Braindate Networking Lounge in Hanger West. You'll meet up for your Braindate on-site at the Braindate Networking Lounge presented by Fullcast. You can also just show up and join available Braindates.

FOUNDER + VC BRUNCH

So in addition to other networking activities and our traditional meet-a-VC program, we’re adding a new way to connect 300+ founders and VCs together:

The 2024 Founder+VC Brunch at SaaStr Annual

We’re closing off the Roam Founders’ Lounge and setting aside 11am-2pm on Thursday Sep 12 just for VCs and founders to mingle and chat.

1️⃣ Tuesday, Sept. 10th - Day One

The official SaaStr Annual Taco Tuesday Happy Hour starts on site at 3:00 into Hanger East & West on our campus. (Plus, see if you can find our not-so-secret speakeasy presented by IBM.). We'll have dozens of workshops, and the AI Stage will be going.

And we'll have two epic bootcamps to kick off Annual:

• 3:30pm SaaStr Bootcamp with Christoph Janz: Fundraising in 2024 (Series A /B)
• 4:15pm SaaStr GTM Bootcamp with Jason Lemkin: Hiring a Great VP of Sales the 2024 Edition

2️⃣ Wednesday, Sept. 11th

The campus opens bright and early at 8am with sessions & Braindates starting right after.

CFO Summit - 12-3pm:The CFO Summit at SaaStr Annual will feature an afternoon of invite-only content and networking for leaders and executives in Finance. (*details via direct calendar invite for confirmed attendees)

POKER Night - 4-8pm: we’re also hosting a CRO + CEO exclusive poker night on Wednesday, Sept 11!

The Big Party with Tita Lau!  Our Big Party always rocks, and this year Tita Lau - world-renowned and international female DJ will be taking over the Big Party Stage at SaaStr to perform on Wednesday, September 11th at 6:30PM. 

3⃣ Thursday, Sept. 12th

The campus opens bright and early at 8:30 am with sessions & Braindates starting right after.

CMO Brunch: 10am-1pm: The Chief Marketing Officer Brunch at SaaStr Annual will feature a morning of invite-only content and networking for leaders and executives in Marketing only. (*details via direct calendar invite for confirmed attendees)

CCO Meetup: 11am-3pm: The Chief Customer Officer Summit at SaaStr Annual. This special collaboration between the SF Customer Success Meetup and SaaStr Annual , tech's preeminent SaaS conference, is set to take things to the next level.
