LinkedIn Personal Page Vs. LinkedIn Company/Business Page: Reasons why they aren't same

Do you know that since I joined LinkedIn, one of the things I have realized that is important to both newbies and some 'oldies', in which both groups need clarification is the difference between a LinkedIn Personal Page and a LinkedIn Company/Business Page, kindly permit me to use the word 'oldies' for people who have been on LinkedIn for more than a year.

Please if you also don't know the difference, never assume you do, because ''assumption is the mother of frustration'', and you may end feeling frustrated if you are told to create a LinkedIn Company/Business Page by your CEO or MD or any Decision Maker within your Organization, and just imagine after spending quality time you finally come up with something different, at this junction, let me state that I am simply referring to some people in the ICT/Digital Unit of some Organizations. You need to get this right, a LinkedIn Personal Page shouldn't be used as a LinkedIn Business/Company Page for your Company's Brand.

LinkedIn Business Page and LinkedIn Personal Page serve distinct purposes, catering to individual professionals and businesses, respectively. A LinkedIn Personal Page is centered around individual professionals and their networking and personal branding efforts, a LinkedIn Business Page is tailored for companies looking to establish a brand presence, engage with a wider audience, and utilize business-specific features like analytics and recruitment tools on LinkedIn.

I will want to maintain focus at this junction on LinkedIn Company/Business Page. I have seen it's importance to various brands and how it has helped attracted potential opportunities.
