MacDonald Offshore & Marine Latest Award in Wind Energy Sector

MacDonald Offshore & Marine Secure First Contract with EEW SPC

MacDonald Offshore & Marine are now working on their first Contract in what they hope to be a long and established relationhip on the River Tees supplying 30 number Lower Internal Platforms (LIPS) on the Hornsea 1 Project for EEW SPC.

The work is underway at our Slipways Base on Dockside Road Middlesbrough, providing a great future for the workforce. We are also looking to bring in a new Project Manager, Administration Staff, as well as Platers and Welders; to add to our already skilled workforce.

Stephen Osbaldeston Technical Director & Shareholder in the Company said " the skills transfer of the workforce is unbelievable, the diversity that is shown in the business and the attitude to changes in the Market Sectors we work in are second to none".

MacDonald Offshore & Marine Limited look to be working around the clock by January 2018 supporting the local supply chain and labour force which is great news for the area.

Several Companies along the Tees are now heavily involved in the wind energy sector and the Teesside area should be ready to grasp the opportunities that lie ahead over the coming years to create new business opportunities.
